World Literature I and II, Independent Study Courses
World
literature independent classes are similar to regular World Literature
120/121 courses in their course descriptions and core requirements.
These courses differ from regular courses in their course procedures
and student elegibility. Creighton students are elegible to register
for Creighton's
Independent Study Program courses but written permission from
their Dean is required in all cases when such students are not part
of University College.
Students enrolled in these courses work independently, following the
instructions in the Course Guide provided by University College's
Independent Study
Program. Students must undertake and complete all assignments
indicated in each of the study units of the course. Students have
a maximum of six months to complete a course. Extensions may be obtained
by application and payment of the appropriate extension fee to the
Independent Study
Program Office.All work is submitted directly to the Independent
Study Office (NOT the instructor).
