SEASON HARPER-FOX attended the University of Nebraska — Lincoln (BA in English, 1993; MA in English/Creative Writing concentration, 1997) where she was an editorial assistant/reader for Prairie Schooner. She was a recipient of the John H Vreeland Award for outstanding creative writing and an Academy of American Poets Award. Her fiction, poetry, and book reviews have appeared in or are forthcoming from The Cream City Review, The Rocky Mountain Review of Modern Language and Literature, OnTheBus, Primavera, and other journals. She's on the faculty of the Gotham Writers' Workshop online (http://www.writingclasses.com). She's spent most of her life in Nebraska (from Lincoln to the Omaha area to a wheat farm in rural western Nebraska) and currently resides in Illinois, a stone's throw from the Dupage River.
