GREGORY MARTIN was born and raised in Lincoln. He holds the BA in Philosophy from the University of Virginia and the MFA in creative writing from the University of Arizona. His memoir about the summers he spent in a small Nevada town, Mountain City (North Point Press, 2000), was named a New York Times Notable Book and won a Washington State Book Award. He serves as nonfiction editor for Blue Mesa Review He lives with his wife and son in Albuquerque, where he teaches at the University of New Mexico. |
