ERIN FLANAGAN
is the author of the short story collection The Usual Mistakes, forthcoming in
Fall 2005 as part of the University of Nebraska Press’s Flyover Fiction Series. Her
stories have appeared in Colorado Review, Connecticut Review, North Dakota Quarterly,
The Laurel Review, Best New American Voices 2001, and elsewhere. She has held
scholarships and fellowships to the Bread Loaf and Sewanee Writers’ Conferences,
Vermont Studio Center, and The MacDowell Colony, and is an Editorial Assistant at
Prairie Schooner, and a Fiction Editor at Green Hills Literary Lantern.
She lives in Lincoln, Nebraska.
