MONA KOPPELMAN is an award-winning playwright who holds the MFA
in Theatre/Playwriting from Columbia University and a BA in Journalism
from the University of Nebraska, where she was a National Merit Scholar.
She is the author of Borderlands, Fire in a Dark House,
and Mystifying Dick/Satisfying Jane. She has won several awards for
her plays, including the Berilla Kerr Prize and the John Golden Award.
In addition to writing, she has worked as an arts administrator, for the
Fund for the Borough of Brooklyn, the Pearl Theatre Company, CW Productions,
Vienna Staatsoper, Second Stage Theatre, and Theatre Works/France.
