NATASHA KESSLER
is a poet, collagist, and editor. She studied psychology and creative writing at the University of Nebraska-Omaha before earning her MFA from the University of Nebraska, where she received the Academy of American Poets Helen W. Kenefick Poetry Prize in 2011. Natasha is a founder and editor of the online poetry journal and small press Strange Machine. She also curates the Strange Machine Reading Series in Omaha, providing the public with an opportunity to experience vital poetry in the flesh. Her poems have appeared in such journals as Sixth Finch, RealPoetik, Blue Mesa Review, iO Poetry , and South Dakota Review. Her first collection of poetry, Dismantling the Rabbit Altar, is forthcoming from Coconut Books (Spring 2014).
