JAMES CIHLAR is the author of the poetry book Undoing (Little Pear Press) the chapbook Metaphysical Bailout (Pudding House Press), and and the echapbook City Full of Eyes (Wordrunner). His poems have appeared or are forthcoming in Mary, Rhino, Painted Bride Quarterly, Quercus, Bloom, Minnesota Monthly, Northeast, The James White Review, Briar Cliff Review, Verse Daily, and in the anthologies Aunties (Ballantine), Regrets Only (Little Pear Press), and Nebraska Presence (Backwaters Press). The Poetry Editor for Referential Magazine and the Books Review Editor for American Poetry Journal, he has also published reviews in the Minneapolis Star Tribune and on the poetry site Coldfront. Rancho Nostalgia will be published by Dream Horse Press in 2013. The recipient of a Minnesota State Arts Board Fellowship for Poetry and a Glenna Luschei Award from Prairie Schooner, Cihlar is a Visiting Instructor at Macalester College in St Paul, Minnesota.
