DR MELISSA F MOLER BEERY, poet,
is a former editor and reviewer for Nebraska Territory and is
co-founder of Broken Bottle Press, which publishes the literary
magazine The Three Legged Cat (copies available at
$4.00 each, which includes
shipping and handling).
Her work has been published in
Suisun Valley Review (Spring 2008),
Plains Song Review, where she received the
award for best undergraduate work in 2002. She has
also been published in
the Minnesota River Review, in the anthology
Times of Sorrow, Times of
Grace (Backwaters Press), and has work forthcoming in Toronto Quarterly, the anthology
The World According to Goldfish (Goldfish Press), Poetry Warrior, and in an as yet untitle anthology from
Secret Press USA, representing Nebraska.
She received her PharmD in Pharmacy from Creighton's School of Pharmacy and Health
Professions in May of 2006, but is pursing a career in teaching and writing
instead.
