Poet SANDRA YANNONE taught in the English department
at the University of Nebraska — Lincoln, where she earned her Phd and
where she served
as an editorial assistant for Prairie Schooner.
Her work has appeared in Ploughshares, Quarterly West,
Luna, Calyx, Connecticut Review, Evergreen Chronicles, Prairie Schooner,
the Lambda Book Report, and other places.
She is a recipient of an AWP Intro Award and an Academy of American Poets
Poetry Prize.
She has taught at SUNY — Oswego and is currently the Director of the
Writing Center at
Evergreen College in Olympia, Washington.
