The project, hosted in Omaha by the UNO Writers' Workshop and the Creighton University English Department, brings the best contemporary writers of poetry and fiction to Nebraska and neighboring states for a yearly series of readings and talks. Past guests have included Charles Baxter, Michael Harper, Eavan Boland, Robert Mezey, Alison Hawthorne Deming, William Kittredge, and many others. All events are free and open to the public.
