He's back and he's the baddest bard in town! Bill Shakespeare makes another Omaha appearance this summer with two productions presented by the Nebraska Shakespeare Festival — Macbeth and The Comedy of Errors.

"I got to tell you, I love Omaha. The audiences are great, the beef is superb, and the casinos in Council Bluffs! Forget about it! The plays? Well, Macbeth is about a corporate type with his eye on the boss's office. He wants to downsize the monarchy by one. It's a laff-riot — you'll love it! Comedy of Errors is the tragic tale of two brothers separated at birth, twins, both named Antipholus! What are the odds? But wait! It gets even more tragical. They each have a servant, also twins, also with the same name — Dromio! Can you believe it? Where do I come up with this stuff? But don't take my word for it. Come on out yourself and find out why they call me 'the hardest working man in lit biz!'"

Admission is free.

Greenshow begins at 7:30 p.m. Come early, bring a picnic or partake of the concessions offered. Then, enjoy Elizabethan entertainment featuring music, dancing, singing juggling and acrobatics.

Performance begins at 8:30 p.m. in Elmwood Park, just south of the Library parking lot at the University of Nebraska at Omaha, 60th & Dodge.
