Poet and fiction writer DAVE HARM was born in Closter, New Jersey,
but now lives in Diller, Nebraksa. He is the author of
Damaged Merchandise; Poems and Stories of an Alcoholic Addict (PublishAmerica, 2005).
He served on Bishops Committee for the Episcopal Church for two years, as an advisor
to a Lutheran Church Board of Trustees for two years, and a town councilman for two
years. In 2000 his poems on cancer were read at Relay For Life events. By 2003, his
poem "Day One" helped raise $1,400 for The American Cancer Society.
War Zone: Backing Out of Hell,
the prequel to Damaged Merchandise, is forthcoming from PublishAmerica.
His poems have appeared in Bob Stalder's Poet's Pen, Daily-Suns Poet's Corner,
as well as editorals in the Daily-Sun. Poem "Where Are You From?" recently
accepted for inclusion into the Poet's Anthology series Expressions.
