JOY CASTRO'S fiction and essays have appeared in the New York Times Magazine, Mid-American Review, Quarterly West, and North American Review, among other journals and anthologies. She is the author of The Truth Book (Arcade, 2005), a memoir about growing up in a family of Jehovah's Witnesses. She has taught English at Wabash College in Indiana and now teaches at the University of Nebraska — Lincoln. |
